A vintage 20th Century Italian silver plated ice bucket in the form of a pumpkin. Upon lifting the lid a glass liner is present. This example dates to circa 1970. Marked to the base of the bucket "TEGHINI FIRENZE".
Teghini became known in the mid 20th Century for its sculptural silver plated barware and table pieces, often drawing inspiration from natural forms. Their designs combine functionality with bold, decorative impact, making pieces such as this pumpkin both practical and highly collectible examples of Italian design from the period.
