19th Century French green shagreen and solid silver box, the lid with a flat top and set with a carved finial, the interior lined in wood. Shagreen is an exotic shark skin often used on Art Deco furniture of the 1930s, highly prized today. A very elegant gift idea to adorn any gentleman’s library or eclectic interior.
