A superb 20th Century set of eight dining chairs by Finnish designer Ilmari Tapiovaara for Permanente Cantu, dating from the 1950s. The hardwood frame supports a comfortable leather seat and backrest.

Ilmari Tapiovaara (1914–1999) was a renowned Finnish designer known for his functional and minimalist approach to furniture design.
